2. Posizionare il termometro ad una distanza non superiore a 10 cm dalla fronte. Premere il pul-
sante “Misurazione” (FIGURA 1) e scansire l’intera area della tempia. La posizione migliore è a
sinistra al di sopra del sopracciglio sinistro o a destra al di sopra del sopracciglio destro, mante-
nendosi sotto l’attaccatura dei capelli.
Durante la scansione sentirete dei brevi “bip” che indicano che lo strumento sta misurando.
3. La misurazione sarà completata all’emissione del 4 bip. A questo punto sarà possibile leggere la
temperatura sul display. La temperatura è adesso visualizzata sul display.
4. Il termometro si spegne automaticamente 1 minuto dopo la conclusione della misurazione. Per
spegnere il raggio blu guida, ruotare l’anello (se l’”obiettivo” del termometro non è chiuso comple-
tamente, il raggio rimane attivo e le batterie che lo alimentano potrebbero scaricarsi facilmente).
IMPORTANTE: Ad una qualsiasi distanza compresa tra 0,5 e 10 cm, con il termometro posizionato
correttamente, le misurazioni saranno corrette.
IMPORTANTE: In caso di misurazioni ripetitive, utilizzare sempre la stessa area di misurazione e
lato della fronte.
Funzione Memory
La funzione di Memory è in grado di memorizzare 8 rilevazioni per 64 ore, dopo ogni misurazione.
L’ultima lettura effettuata prima dello spegnimento automatico del termometro viene salvata in
memoria. Per usare la funzione di memoria, ruotare l’anello (FIGURA 2) e quindi premere e rila-
sciare il pulsante Memory sul davanti del termometro (FIGURA 1) mentre il termometro è acceso.
Il display LCD mostra per quattro volte, in successione, le informazioni seguenti:
• Misurazione precedente.
• Quante ore prima è stata effettuata tale misurazione (NOTA: sono indicate solo le ore intere e
no a quando la prima ora non sarà trascorsa, il valore visualizzato sul display sarà 0.)
Premendo e rilasciando nuovamente il tasto Memory appare il valore della penultima misurazione.
Premendo continuamente il tasto di Memory si possono rivedere tutte le rilevazioni memorizzate.
Per cancellare tutte le misurazioni salvate, premere il tasto Memory mentre si gira l’anello in senso
antiorario. In questo modo il termometro viene spento e tutti i dati cancellati.
SELETTORE GRADI CELSIUS (°C) / GRADI FAHRENHEIT (°F)
Per cambiare la modalità di misurazione da gradi Celsius a Fahrenheit premere il tasto Memory
a termometro spento.
Il display mostrerà °C o °F, a seconda della modalità selezionata, per un periodo di 5 secondi. Per
passare da °C a °F e viceversa, premere di nuovo il tasto M mentre il display è acceso.
SOSTITUZIONE DELLA PILA
Il termometro frontale infrarossi Thermo-Precision viene fornito con una pila al litio da 3V, già
installata. La durata della pila è di circa cinque anni. La durata operativa della pila corrisponde a
circa 12000 misurazioni.
Inoltre, il termometro contiene anche due pile da 1,5V AAA che alimentano il raggio blu.
