Rustfritt stål

Det finnes mange ulike typer (legeringer) materialer som regnes som rustfritt stål.

Et fellestrekk for disse ulike typene er at de kan korrodere (oksidere), avhengig av hva slags forhold

de utsettes for.

Dette gjelder også for den nye grillen din.

Følg rådene nedenfor for å sikre at grillen vil se bra ut og fungere i mange år fremover.

1) Hvis grillen har blitt våt eller fuktig, må du tørke av den med en klut for å hindre at overflaten

ruster.

2) Rustfritt stål kan ruste under visse forhold. Dette kan være forårsaket av miljøforhold, for

eksempel klor og saltvann, eller av uegnet rengjøringsutstyr som ståltråd eller stålull. Den kan også bli

misfarget av varme, kjemikalier eller opphopning av fett.

3) Ivareta apparatets kvalitetsutseende ved å vaske med et mildt rengjøringsmiddel og varmt

såpevann og tørke med en myk klut etter hvert bruk. Det er mulig du må bruke en slipende

rengjøringspute av plast for å bli kvitt innbakt fett. Børst kun i samme retning som overflaten for å

unngå skade. Ikke bruk skrubb på overflater med grafikk.

4) Smør de indre delene av grillen og ristene med matolje.

Merk:

For å unngå å lage riper på overflaten, noe som vil gi grobunn for rust, må du aldri bruke stålull eller

lignende når du rengjør rustfritt stål. Char-Broil anbefaler Eco-Safe-sprayen vår for rustfritt stål, modell

#5278185, eller Simply Soy grillwipes, modell 4629294.

Rengjør i samme retning som det rustfrie stålet ble børstet i – dvs. «med teksturen». Rengjøring med

slipemidler kan etterlate riper.

Å oppbevare grillen i nærheten av havet, svømmebassenget eller en spa vil føre til at grillen ruster

(oksiderer).

Dekk til grillen for å beskytte den mot rust.

Cylinder of 6 kg or less may be placed on the ground under the side shelf or

inside the appliance in place provided. Larger cylinders are to be placed

under side shelf or behind the grill only. Cylinders placed in the appliance

shall have a maximum diameter of [calculated]mm and maximum height of

[calculated]mm. Cylinders placed on the ground shall not be placed under

the hot plate.
