Se o seu grelhador está com dificuldades em acender-se ou

se a chama estiver fraca, verifique e limpe os venturis e

queimadores.

Aranhas ou pequenos insetos são causas conhecidas de

problemas de “flashback”, ao constuir ninhos e por ovos

dentro do venturi ou queimador dos grelhadores, obstuindo

assim a passagem do gás. O gás preso pode entrar em

combustão por detrás do painel de controlo. Este flashback

pode danificar o seu grelhador e provocar lesões. Para

prevenir flashbacks e assegurar um bom desempenho, a

montagem do queimador e tubo de venturi devem ser

removidas e limpas sempre que o grelhador tenha estado

parado por um grande período de tempo.

SE O APARELHO NÃO LIGAR

Ÿ Assegure-se que o gás está ligado na botija.

Ÿ Make sure there is gas in the cylinder. Assegure-se de que

há gás na botija.

Ÿ O dispositivo de ignição faz um som de clique?

Ÿ Se sim, verifique a faísca no queimador.

Ÿ Se não houver faísca verifique se os fios estão soltos ou

danificados.

Ÿ Se os fios estiverem bem, verifique se o elétrodo está

rachado ou partido, e substitua se necessário.

Ÿ Se os fios ou elétrodos estiverem cobertos por resíduos de

cozinhados, limpe a ponta do elétrodo com um lenço

embebido em álcool se necessário.

Ÿ Se necessário, substitua os fios.

Ÿ Se não houver som, verifique a bateria.

Ÿ Assegure-se de que a bateria está corretamente instalada.

Ÿ Verifique se a ligação dos fios está froixa no módulo e no

interruptor.

Ÿ Se o dispositivo de ignição continuar a não funcionar, use

um fósforo..

Testar Fugas em Válvulas, Mangueira e Redutor

Faça um teste de fugas antes da primeira utilização, pelo

menos uma vez por ano, e a cada vez que trocar ou desligar

uma botija.

1. Rode todos os botões de controlo do aparelho para .

2. Assegure-se de que o redutor está firmemente ligado à botija

de gás.

3. Ligue o Gás. Se ouvir um som de vento, desligue

imediatamente o gás. Existe uma fuga importante na

ligação. Corrija antes de prosseguir,

4. Esfregue uma solução de sabão (mistura de uma parte de

sabão e uma parte de água) nas ligações da mangueira.

5. Se aparecerem bolhas crescentes, existe uma fuga.

Desligue o gás na botija imediatamente e verifique a firmeza

das ligações. Se não for possível estancar a fuga, não tente

repará-la. Ligue a encomendar peças de substituição.

6. Desligue sempre o gás na botija depois de fazer o teste de

fugas.

Acender o Fogareiro com Fósforos

• Não se incline sobre o grelhador ao acendê-lo.

1. Posicione as válvulas de controlo dos queimadores de gás

em (off - desligado).

2. Abra a tampa ao acender ou re-acender.

3. LIGUE o gás na botija.

4. Coloque o fósforo aceso perto do queimador. Rode

imediatamente o botão do fogareiro para a posição HIGH.

Assegure-se de que o queimador se acende e mantêm

aceso.

NOTA: O seu grelhador pode NÃO estar equipado

com um Fogareiro!

Acender o Fogareiro com Dispositivo de Ignição

• Não se incline sobre o grelhador ao acendê-lo.

1. Posicione as válvulas de controlo dos queimadores em

(off-desligado).

2. Abra a tampa ao acender ou re-acender.

3. LIGUE o gás na botija

4. Rode o botão do fogareiro para a posição

 HIGH,

pressione e segure o botão de IGNIÇÃO ELETRÓNICA.

5. Se o fogareiro NÃO acender em 5 segundos, desligue botão

na posição (off – desligado), aguarde 5 minutos e repita o

processo de ignição.

under side shelf or behind the grill only. Cylinders placed in the appliance

shall have a maximum diameter of
