ACTIEVE RECUPERATIE
Indicatie Voor het verbeteren en versnellen van het spierherstel na een intensieve
inspanning. Gebruik dit programma binnen drie uur na een intensieve
trainingssessie of een wedstrijd. Door een tweede sessie binnen zes uur
na het einde van de activiteit kan de effectiviteit worden vergroot.
Effecten Merkbare verbetering van de bloedstroom. Versnelt het verwijderen
van afvalproducten uit de spiersamentrekking. Een ontspannend en
pijnstillend effect.
Elektroden De elektroden hoeven niet zo nauwkeurig te worden geplaatst als bij
andere recuperatieprogramma's. Plaats elektroden op grote spiergroepen
die tijdens de activiteit het actiefst waren. Zie Plaatsing van de
