Entfernen einer installierten Anwendung
1. Im Einstellungsbildschirm berühren Sie Apps.
2. Berühren Sie eine Anwendung und berühren Sie dann Deinstallieren, um die Anwendung von
Ihrem Mobiltelefon zu entfernen.
Hinweis:
Vorinstallierte Anwendungen können nicht gelöscht werden.
Freigabe von Speicherplatz auf Ihrem Mobiltelefon
• Verschieben Sie die Dateien und E-Mailanhänge auf die microSD-Karte.
• Deinstallieren Sie die heruntergeladenen Programme, die Sie nicht länger verwenden.
• Setzen Sie Ihr Mobiltelefon zurück.
Hinweis:
Bitte sichern Sie all Ihre wichtigen Daten, bevor Sie das Telefon auf Werkseinstellungen zurücksetzen.
Zurücksetzen Ihres Mobiltelefons
Sichern meiner Einstellungen
Sie können die Einstellungen Ihres Mobiltelefons auf den Google-Servern mithilfe Ihres Google-
Kontos sichern. Wenn Sie Ihr Mobiltelefon ersetzen, werden die Einstellungen, die Sie gesichert
haben, auf dem neuen Mobiltelefon gespeichert, wenn Sie sich zum ersten Mal mit Ihrem Google-
Konto anmelden.
1. Im Einstellungsbildschirm berühren Sie Sichern & Zurücksetzen.
2. Wählen Sie das Kontrollkästchen Meine Daten sichern.
Auf Werkseinstellungen zurücksetzen
Wenn Sie Ihr Telefon auf die Werkseinstellungen zurücksetzen, werden alle Ihre persönlichen Daten
im internen Telefonspeicher, einschließlich sämtlicher Informationen über Ihr Google-Konto, andere
Konten, Ihre System- und Anwendungseinstellungen sowie heruntergeladene Anwendungen
gelöscht. Das Zurücksetzen des Telefons löscht keine Systemsoftwareaktualisierungen, die Sie
heruntergeladen haben oder Dateien von Ihrer microSD-Karte wie Musik oder Fotos.
1. Im Einstellungsbildschirm berühren Sie Sichern & Zurücksetzen > Auf Werkseinstellungen
zurücksetzen.
2. Wenn Sie dazu aufgefordert werden, drücken Sie Telefon zurücksetzen und berühren Sie dann
Alles löschen. Das Mobiltelefon setzt die Einstellungen auf die originalen Werkseinstellungen
zurück und startet das Telefon dann neu.
