CONSEJO
Para envasar al vacío alimentos no congelados se necesitan bolsas unos 5 cm más
largas para que los alimentos se puedan expandir al congelarse. Ponga carne y
pescado en papel de cocina y enváselos al vacío juntos. Usar papel de cocina tiene la
ventaja de absorver la humedad de los alimentos.
Para envasar alimentos como tortillas, crepes, hamburguesas o empanadillas,
sepárelos con papel encerado o de pergamino, así se pueden apilar mejor. Después
podrá coger una parte de los alimentos fácilmente y volver a envasar y congelar el
resto.
58.4 Envasado al vacío en bolsas hechas con el rollo
1. Ponga el aparato en una superficie seca.
Asegúrese de que esté libre de objetos y de
que sea suficientemente grande para que la
bolsa con los alimentos a envasar pueda
estar encima. Conecte el enchufe de
alimentación.
2. Corte la bolsa del rodillo hasta el largo
deseado (ilustración A)
3. Coloque un extremo de la bolsa sobre la junta
de goma (4) y la junta inferior (6). El extremo
abierto no debe colocarse en la cámara de
vacío (5) (ilustración B).
4. Cierre la tapa y presiónela por ambos lados con
las manos hacia abajo hasta que escuche que el
motor del aparato funciona y mantenga la tapa
presionada durante algunos segundos
(ilustración C). El aparato aprieta firmemente la
tapa y sella la bolsa. El aparato para
automáticamente cuando la bolsa está soldada.
5. Si el proceso de sellado ha finalizado (LED 11),
pulse las teclas de desbloqueo (2), abra la tapa
y retire la bolsa.
6. Ya tiene una bolsa hecha a la medida.
CONSEJO
Asegúrese de que la longitud de la bolsa es 4,5 cm mayor que la del alimento a
conservar y prevea 2 cm adicionales por si tuviera que volver a sellarla.
