36.3 Targhetta di omologazione
La targhetta di omologazione con i dati di connessione e di potenza, si trova sul lato
posteriore dell'apparecchio.
37 Utilizzo e funzionamento
In questo capitolo riceverà indicazioni importanti sull’utilizzo dell’apparecchio. Osservi le
indicazioni per evitare pericoli e danni.
37.1 Confezionamento sotto vuoto in un sacchetto derivante dal rotolo
Mettere l'apparecchio in un posto asciutto e fare attenzione che il piano di lavoro davanti
all'apparecchio sia libero da altri oggetti e che sia abbastanza grande per appoggiare i
sacchetti da confezionare con i generi alimentari.
Srotolare il foglio alla lunghezza desiderata e tagliare un sacchetto dal rotolo.
Mettere un'estremità del sacchetto sopra la barra di saldatura, ma non nella camera del
vuoto.
Chiudere il coperchio e premere il manico verso il basso, fino a quando sentite il rumore di
due „clic“.
Premere il tasto „Saldatura manuale“ (Seal).
Si accende il tasto di segnalazione „Saldatura manuale“ (Seal). Il tasto di segnalazione si
spegne quando il processo di sigillatura è concluso.
Il sacchetto può ora essere utilizzato per la messa sotto vuoto.
Indicazione
► Assicurarsi che il sacchetto che si desidera utilizzare sia più lungo del cibo di almeno
8cm. Aggiungere 2 cm. supplementari ogni volta che il sacchetto viene riutilizzato.
37.2 Confezionamento sotto vuoto in un sacchetto
Mettere l'apparecchio in un posto asciutto e fare attenzione che il piano di lavoro davanti
all'apparecchio sia libero da altri oggetti e che sia abbastanza grande per appoggiare i
sacchetti da confezionare con i generi alimentari.
Inserire nel sacchetto i generi alimentari che volete conservare.
Pulire e spianare liscia l'estremità aperta del sacchetto e assicurarsi che sulle superfici
dell'estremità aperta non vi siano pieghe e ondulazioni.
Assicurarsi che l'estremità aperta del sacchetto si trovi dentro la camera del vuoto.
Ciò garantisce che il vuoto non fuoriesce.
Chiudere il coperchio e premere con decisione su quella manico.
