Positioning of the grill rack
Top: Grilling of meat. Let some space above the food, remember that some food can rise
during heating.
Middle: Optimal for baking and cooking (for example of pizza), reheating, baking with
convection, grill of taller food.
Bottom: For cooking of taller food, reheating of food. Also for low-temperature cooking.
Turn the temperature knob on the desired temperature.
Set the desired function with the function knob and set the time with timer knob by turning it
clockwise or turn it at “stay on” by turning anti clockwise. When the time is over a beep will
sound.
In setting “stay on” the device will stay on until you manually turn it off.
Please note
► If you want a cooking time shorter than 20 minutes then turn the timer knob to 40 minutes
and then back to the desired time.
Use pot holders to remove the accessory with your food when it is ready. With the gripper
you can easier.remove the grill rack
Then turn the knob of the timer to OFF.
16 Cleaning and Maintenance

as well as in the growth of fungus and bacteria.
► Turn the knob of timer on OFF before cleaning and unplug the device.
► The baking chamber is hot after it is used. There is a danger of burns! Wait until the
device has cooled down.
► Clean the baking chamber after use as soon as it has cooled down. Extended waiting
unnecessarily complicates cleaning and can make it impossible in extreme cases.
Excessive accumulations of dirt can even damage the device under certain
circumstances. Remaining food leftovers can catch fire during next heating.
