 Das Display zeigt die Temperatur der Oberfläche des Induktionskochfeldes an:

 Wenn die Temperatur der Oberfläche unter 50°C liegt, wird „L“ angezeigt, wenn die

Temperatur der Oberfläche über 50°C liegt, zeigt das Display „H“. Ein akustisches

Signal ertönt. Das Gerät befindet sich nun im Standby-Modus.

 Ein geeignetes Kochgeschirr mit dem Koch- / Bratgut zentriert auf die Kochstelle

stellen (Ø 120 mm - 260 mm).

 Zum Einschalten des Induktionskochers betätigen Sie nun die „An/Standby“ - Taste.

Die Kontrollleuchten „Level“ und „Temp“ blinken und ein akustisches Signal ertönt.

5.4.2 Leistungsmodus

 Drücken Sie anschließend die Taste 4. Funktion Stufe („Level“). Die voreingestellte

Leistungsstufe „8“ wird angewählt und das Gerät schaltet ein.

 Mit den Wahltasten 5. und 6. + / - können Sie die Einstellung im Bereich 1 – 12

ändern.

► Beim Kochen empfehlen wir Ihnen, wie vom konventionellen Herd gewohnt, die

Leistungsstufen 1-12 zu benutzen.

5.4.3 Temperaturmodus

 Zur Vorwahl der Temperatur drücken Sie anschließend die Taste 3. Funktion

Temperatur („Temp“).

Die voreingestellte Temperatur von 120° C erscheint im Display.

 Mit den Wahltasten 5. und 6. + / - können Sie die Einstellung im Bereich 60 – 240°C

ändern.

(Temperaturstufen: 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 120, 140, 160, 180, 200, 220 und 240°C)

 Bitte beachten Sie, dass die beiden Funktionen Stufe und Temperatur alternativ zu

wählen sind. Sie können entweder mit den Leistungsstufen oder mit der

Temperaturwahl arbeiten. Die jeweils zuletzt gewählte Funktion ist aktiv.

 Die Temperatur wird durch einen Fühler unterhalb der Glaskeramikplatte gemessen,

daher kann die angezeigte Temperatur von der Temperatur im Topf abweichen.

► Da speziell beim Braten mit sehr wenig Fett die Temperatur im Topfboden sehr schnell

ansteigt und der Grenzwert von 270°C schnell erreicht wird, schalten Sie beim Braten

auf den Funktionsmodus „Temperatur“ um. Hier liegt die Höchsttemperatur bei 240°C.

5.4.4 Timer

 Timerfunktion: Taste 2 Zeit. Mit den Wahltasten 5. und 6. + / - können Sie die

Einstellung im Bereich 1 – 180 Minuten ändern. 1-Minuten-Intervallen (bis maximal

180 Minuten) anwählen.
