17 Operation and Handing

This chapter provides you with important notices with regard to operating the device.

Observe the following notices to avoid dangers and damages:

Warning

► Do not leave the device unsupervised when it is in operation, so that you can intervene

quickly in the event of dangers.

Please note

► Cool the head tube (F4) before using of the device in the refrigerator or rinse it with cold

water, this will improve the processing.

► The device can be switched on only when it is assembled correctly and when the upper

cover is closed or the blender extension is placed.

17.1 . Before first use

Clean the device, see “cleaning“.

17.2 Operaton of stirring element

Fill the desired ingredients into the mixing bowl and tilt down the motor unit.

Thereby turn the release lever to the open lock symbol to loosen the latching function

and tilt down the motor unit until it latches. Now the stirring element is hanging in the

mixing bowl and the mixing bowl is closed tightly with the lid.

Plug in the power plug and turn the knob to 0 after this choose the desired speed level (1-

8).

Speed level P = the device is working on highest speed level as long you hold the knob in

position P.

Please note

► If you want to add ingredients during

operation you can add them through the

opening in the lid of the mixing bowl (figure

A18). Turn the knob to position 0 and add

your desired ingredients.

Attention

► Stay away from the opening in the lid of the

mixing bowl during operation. Ingredients could splash out.
