42 Limpieza y conservación
Este capítulo incluye algunos consejos importantes acerca de la limpieza y la
conservación del aparato. Tenga presentes las instrucciones y daños por limpieza
incorrecta del aparato y asegúrese de que el aparato funciona sin errores.
42.1 Instrucciones de seguridad
Precaución
Tenga presentes las siguientes instrucciones de seguridad antes de comenzar a limpiar el
aparato.
► Antes de limpiar el aparato, desconéctelo de la red de alimentación eléctrica y si no
está siendo utilizado, desconéctelo de la toma igualmente.
► No sumerja el aparato, el cable ni el enchufe en agua ni otros líquidos ni los meta en el
lavavajillas.
► No emplee objetos cortantes como cepillos de metal u otros para la limpieza.
42.2 Limpieza
1. Antes de limpiar el aparato desconecte el enchufe de la toma de red y deje enfriar el
aceite hasta alcanzar la temperatura ambiente.
2. Para obtener un rendimiento óptimo, debe descalcificar el aparato al menos una vez al
mes.
3. Utilice un agente descalcificador no perjudicial para la salud, como por ejemplo ácido
cítrico. Agregue algo de ácido cítrico al agua y use el aparato tres veces. De esta forma
se desincrusta la cal. Seguidamente tire el agua utilizada.
4. Limpie el cuerpo del aparato. Límpielo únicamente utilizando un
paño húmedo.
Tampón
Tomar después de haber limpiado el aparato, el enchufe ( 3) fuera de
eliminar el agua sucia. Inserte el tapón y luego de nuevo en la
abertura. Asegúrese de que este esté correctamente conectada
firmemente.
42.3 Almacenaje
1. Si no usa el aparato regularmente, desconecte el enchufe, limpie el aparato y
deposítelo en su embalaje original para proteger los compenentes eléctricos de la
humedad u otros posibles daños.
43 Eliminación del aparato usado
Los productos eléctricos y electrónicos usados contienen materiales
