Bevestig een uiteinde van de vacumeerslang aan de aansluiting van het
apparaat en het andere uiteinde aan de aansluiting van het deksel.
Controleer de LED-toestandsindicator voor de vacuümsterkte;
die moet op „normaal” (normal) staan.
Sluit het deksel en druk deze stevig naar beneden op het
voorste handvat.
Druk op „Vacuümbak“ (Vakuumbehälter). Druk bij het begin van het vacumeren het
deksel stevig aan, om te voorkomen dat er lucht kan ontsnappen. Het
vacumeerproces eindigt automatisch wanneer een voldoende sterk vacuüm is
bereikt.
Verwijder de vacuümslang van de aansluiting aan het deksel van de bak en aan het
apparaat.
58.4 Marineren in een vacuümbak
Veeg de vacuümbak en het deksel schoon en droog.
Vul het te vacumeren product in de bak. Let erop dat de bak niet te vol is. Sluit het
deksel.
Bevestig een uiteinde van de vacumeerslang aan de aansluiting van
het apparaat en het andere uiteinde aan de aansluiting van het deksel.
Controleer de LED-toestandsindicator voor de vacuümsterkte;
„normaal” (normal) of “gevoelig” (schonend) kunnen worden
uitgekozen
Sluit het deksel en druk deze stevig naar beneden op het voorste handvat.
Druk op „Marineren“ (Marinieren). De LED-voortgangsindicator licht
tijdens het proces op. De lucht die wordt afgezogen wordt na het
vacumeerproces automatisch weer aangevuld. Na drie minuten pauze
begint de cyclus opnieuw. Het proces heeft in totaal 5 cycli.
Wanneer de voortgangsindicator uit is, is het marineerproces afgesloten. Verwijder
de vacuümslang van de aansluiting aan het deksel van de bak en aan het apparaat.
58.5 Gebruik van de functie " Handmatig vacuüm "
Omdat de druk van het vacumeren voor sommige voedingsmiddelen te groot is, en
ze in de zak platgedrukt kunnen worden, kunt u met de functie "handmatig
vacuümsterkte" de duur en daarmee de sterkte van het vacumeren regelen.
Daarmee kunt u de vacuümsterkte en de consistentie van uw vacuum instellen en
zachte levensmiddelen bv. bessen vacumeren zonder ze plat te drukken.
