• La temperatura e il tempo possono essere ulteriormente modificati durante la frittura (si
veda fase 4 e 5).
• Alcuni elementi devono essere girati/agitati durante la frittura. Per farlo, estrarre
dall'apparecchio il cestello di frittura afferrandolo dall'impugnatura e agitare gli alimenti o
girarli con l'aiuto di una forchetta o una pinza. Spingere il cestello di frittura di nuovo
dentro l'apparecchio.
10. Pausa/Continuare: Premere per fermare l'apparecchio. Premere di nuovo il
tasto per rimetterlo in funzione. STOP: Premere per fermare l'apparecchio.

► Mentre si girano/scuotono gli alimenti, non premere il pulsante che serve per sganciare
il cestello di frittura!
11. Dopo la frittura:
• Trascorso il tempo di cottura impostato, l'apparecchio fischia 4 volte. Il display indica
e dopo 3 min. passa automaticamente alla modalità stand-by.
• Sfilare il cestello di frittura dall'apparecchio afferrandolo dall'impugnatura e poggiarlo su
una superficie resistente al calore. Controllare se i cibi siano cotti. Qualora non lo siano,
riposizionare il cestello di frittura nell'apparecchio e impostare il timer su pochi minuti.
• Per prelevare gli alimenti, premere il pulsante che serve per sganciare il cestello di
frittura e sollevare il cestello dal contenitore.
• Utilizzare una forchetta o una pinza per prelevare gli alimenti.

32.3.1 Consigli per la frittura
• I cibi di piccole dimensioni solitamente necessitano di un tempo di cottura minore
rispetto agli alimenti più grandi.
• Una quantità maggiore di cibo ha bisogno di un tempo di cottura maggiore, mentre una
quantità di cibo più piccola di un tempo di cottura minore.
• Agitando i cibi piccoli a metà cottura si ottimizza il risultato finale e si evita che i cibi non
siano cotti uniformemente.
• Prima di friggere delle patate fresche, aggiungere un pò di olio per renderle croccanti.
• Non friggere con quest'apparecchio cibi estremamente grassi come salsicce.
• I piatti che si possono cucinare al forno possono essere cucinati anche con
quest'apparecchio.
• La quantità ottimale per la frittura delle patatine è di 500 g.
• Per preparare stuzzichini ripieni in modo rapido e semplice, utilizzare un impasto
pronto. Questo tipo di impasto necessita inoltre di un tempo di cottura minore rispetto a
un impasto fatto in casa.
• L'apparecchio può essere anche utilizzato per riscaldare le pietanze. Impostare
l'apparecchio su 150°C e 10 min.
