36 Garantía (Europa)
A partir de la fecha de compra este producto tiene un periodo
de prueba de 24 meses por defectos de fabricación o de
material.
Sin perjuicio de sus derechos de garantía según el artículo
§439 ss del Código Civil Alemán.
No se incluyen en la garantía los daños por un uso inadecuado
y defectos que influyen sólo levemente en la función o el valor
del dispositivo. Tampoco están cubiertos por la garantía las
piezas de desgaste, los daños debidos al transporte, y los
daños ocurridos por reparaciones no realizadas por nosotros.
Este dispositivo está diseñado y dimensionado para el uso
privado (doméstico).
Su uso comercial sólo está incluido dentro de la garantía si es
equiparable al desgaste en el transcurso del uso privado. No
es adecuado para el uso comercial más allá.
En el caso de una reclamación procedente, cambiaremos el
producto por uno sin defectos o lo repararemos a nuestra
elección.
Los defectos abiertos se tienen que comunicar dentro de los 14
días siguientes a la entrega. No proceden otros derechos.
Para poder reclamar dentro de la garantía, contáctenos antes
de devolvernos el dispositivo (siempre con la factura de
compra).
