46 Operación y funcionamiento
Este capítulo incluye algunos consejos importantes acerca de la operación y el

► No deje el aparato sin vigilancia durante el funcionamiento para poder reaccionar

46.1 Antes del primer uso
Limpie el aparato, véase "Limpieza".
46.2 Uso de la picadora de carne:
Corte la carne en trozos. Quite todos los huesos, tendones y cartílagos. ¡No utilice carne
congelada! ¡La carne congelada debe estar completamente descongelada! Coloque la
carne en la bandeja de carga. Deslice con cuidado la carne con el empujador en el tubo
colector. Si desea hacer carne tártara, pique la carne dos veces utilizando para esto el
disco perforado mediano.
