Capitolo 1: Per iniziare
Benvenuti
Congratulazioni per avere scelto il nostro Pocket PC. La sua forma compattata e le sue
straordinarie caratteristiche e prestazioni vi permettono di trattare gli affari più importanti e le
informazioni personali aggiornate e a portata di mano. Microsoft

ActiveSync
®
incrementa le
prestazioni del vostro Pocket PC, permettendovi di sincronizzare le informazioni sul vostro
computer desktop o sul computer portatile, con Pocket PC. Immaginate voi stessi nelle seguenti
situazioni:
• Mentre camminando con un collega, il telefono cellulare squilla, ed il superiore domanda se voi
due siete liberi quel pomeriggio per una riunione di emergenza. Mentre il vostro collega
annaspa nella sua agenda di appunti, voi premete un tasto sul vostro Pocket PC ed
istantaneamente vedete una lista degli appuntamenti e riunioni di oggi. Voi siete rapidamente in
grado di comunicare al superiore le vostre ore disponibili. Per maggiori informazioni sulla
pianificazione degli appuntamenti e riunioni, riferitevi al Capitolo 4.
• Avete in programma di incontrare i vostri amici stasera per andare a cena e al cinema. Con il
vostro computer desktop prelevate da Internet le informazioni dei film in programmazione e
quindi le sincronizzate sul vostro Pocket PC. Durante la cena, prendete il vostro il Pocket PC e
rivedete con i vostri amici i titoli dei films in programmazione. Per maggiori informazioni su

• L’applicazione Calendario vi avvisa che è ora di prendere l’autobus. Afferrate il vostro Pocket
PC e prendete l’autobus appena in tempo. Poichè il programma ActiveSync mantiene
aggiornate le informazioni sul vostro Pocket PC, potete tranquillamente visualizzare l’elenco
delle attività, prendere nota dei nuovi libri e CD che desiderate acquistare, leggere e rispondere
ai messaggi di posta elettronica. Quando ritornate all’ufficio, ActiveSync trasferisce al vostro
computer desktop tutti quei cambiamenti delle attività che avete effettuato, i vostri appunti e le
vostre risposte ai messaggi di posta elettronica. Per maggiori informazioni su ActiveSync,
