I replaced both batteries in Pro Trek PRG-280 watch. Watch : 5163

I replaced both batteries in Pro Trek PRG-280 watch. Watch is running.. second hand moving.. in timekeeping mode when holding in the "adjust" button.. nothing changes. Where day of week should display is showing the word "OPEN". Suggestions on what i need to do/
