A series of possible faults is related below,
as well as the probable cause and
suggested solutions.
However, in the event of a unit malfunction
it is advisable to disconnect the power
supply and ascertain the cause.
Unit does not start:
• Check that the power cord is plugged into
the wall outlet.
Insert the plug into the wall outlet.
• Has the circuit breaker or fuse blown?
Reset the circuit breaker or replace the
fuse with the specified replacement fuse.
• Has there been a power failure?
Reset the unit to start, after the power
has been restored.
Cooling is abnormally below:
• Is the filter blocked with dust?
Clean the air filter.
• Has the temperature been set properly?
Check and reset it if necessary.
• Are the windows or doors open?
Close the windows and doors
• Has a new heating appliance been
brought into the room?
Remove the new heating appliance.
• Is anything obstructing the outdoor unit?
Remove the obstruction.
• Is the sun shining directly on the outddor
unit?
Keep it from shining onto the unit.
Heating is abnormally below
(
for MHJ models)
• Is the filter blocked with dust?
Clean the air filter.
• Has the temperature been set properly?
Check and reset it if necessary.
• Are the windows or doors open?
Close the windows and doors.
• Has a new cooling appliance been
brough into the room?
Remove the new cooling appliance.
• Is anything obstructing the outdoor unit?
Remove the obstruction.
If the above actions do not correct the
operation:
• Consult the dealer from whom you bought
the unit

accertare la causa.
L’unità non funziona
• Controllare che la spina sia stata ben
inserita

• Controllare se il fusibile è saltato

• Controllare se c’è stata una mancanza di
energia elettrica
Reinserire l’alimentazione elettrica
La funzione cooling non rinfresca
sufficientemente
• Controllare che non ci sia polvere che
blocchi il filtro.
Pulire il filtro dell’aria
• Controllare che la temperatura sia stata
regolata bene
Controllare ed eventualmente
riprogrammare
• Controllare se le porte e le finestre sono
aperte.
Chiudere porte e finestre
• Controllare se nella stanza c’è un altro
apparecchio di riscaldamento
Togliere l’apparecchio
• Controllare la presenza di materiale che
ostruisce l’unità esterna
Eliminare il materiale
• Controllare se la luce del sole colpisce
direttamente l’unità esterna
Tenere lontano dalla luce
Il funzionamento HEATING non riscalda
sufficientemente
(per modelli MHJ)
• Il filtro è ostruito da sporco?
Pulire il filtro dell’aria
• La temperatura è stata selezionata bene?
Controllare ed eventualmente riprogrammare
• Controllare se le porte e le finestre sono
aperte.
Chiudere porte e finestre
• Controllare se nella stanza c’è un altro
apparecchio di raffreddamento
Togliere l’apparecchio
• Controllare la presenza di materiale che
ostruisce l’unità esterna
Eliminare il materiale
Se l’anomalia persiste:
• Consultare il rivenditore
