The 07KD water inlet and outlet are
equipped with threaded 1/2" connections.
For the connection of 07KD unit to the
water inlet pipe, flexible water supply
connection pipes are factory-fitted and
need not be field-supplied.
Maximum operating pressure for entering
water: 10 bars. If the pressure is higher a
pressure reducing valve should be
installed. Take the necessary precautions
against freeze-up, if the water piping is
running outdoors.
Open loop circuit (mains water supply):
a field-supplied double-seat valve should
be installed in the water supply to isolate
the unit. The standard water control valve is
fitted to reduce water consumption by
matching the water flow rate to the cooling
load. If the water pressure is constant the
best unit efficiency will be reached.
The water control valve is factory preset to
obtain a condensing temperature of 48°C. It
should not be modified on site. The leaving
water temperature will be from 42°C to
48°C according to the operating conditions
and water entering temperature.
Condenser leaving water will be rejected to
the open loop. It can also be used for heat
reclaim application. The water should not
be rejected to a circuit under pressure, and
the design must be conform to local
standards.
Cooling water tower: when multiple direct
expansion units are installed, the
installation must be carried out by a
qualified specialist.

La filettatura dei raccordi ingresso e uscita

devono quindi essere montate dallinstalla-
tore.
Pressione massima di funzionamento
ingresso acqua: 10 bar. Se la pressione
disponibile è superiore, installare una
valvola di riduzione pressione. Prendere le
necessarie precauzioni antigelo se le
tubazioni idrauliche fossero sistemate
allaperto.
Sistema a circuito aperto
(acqua a perdere):
è opportuno installare una valvola a due vie
sullalimentazione acqua per isolare lunità.
La valvola per la regolazione standard
dellacqua è regolata in modo tale da
ridurne il consumo controllando la portata
dacqua in funzione del carico termico
richiesto. Si otterrà la miglior resa dalla
macchina se la pressione dellacqua è
costante.
La valvola dellacqua è pretarata in fabbrica
per una temperatura di condensazione di
48°C. Non dovrebbe essere modificata in
cantiere. La temperatura dellacqua in
uscita oscillerà tra i 42 e i 48°C, a seconda
delle condizioni di funzionamento e della
temperatura dellacqua in entrata.
Lacqua in uscita dal condensatore sarà
espulsa nel circuito. Può essere utilizzata
anche per applicazioni per recupero calore.
Levacuazione non può essere fatta su un
circuito ad alta pressione e dovrà essere
conforme alle normative vigenti.
Torre di raffreddamento acqua: linstallazio-
ne di unità multiple ad espansione diretta
deve essere effettuata da personale
qualificato.
