Hinweise:
• Es empfiehlt sich, immer nur einen
Schlei fer herauszunehmen und zu
wechseln.
• Fahrzeug nie rückwärts ziehen, da
sonst die Schleifer beschädigt werden.
Die Kabelverbindungen zwischen Motor
und Schleifern müssen über Kreuz gelegt
werden.
Leitkiel vorsichtig nach oben aus der
Halterung herausziehen und drehen, so
dass der Befestigungszapfen nach oben
zeigt.
Abgenutzten Schleifer in Pfeilrichtung
herausziehen.
Das Stromkabel in die dafür vorge-
sehene Öffnung stecken und festhalten.
Zuerst das vordere Ende des neuen Dop-
pelschleifers von unten durch die Öffnung
schieben, danach das hintere Ende bis
zum Anschlag in die Halterung einführen.
Schleifer um ca. 170° umbiegen
und Leitkiel wieder in seine ursprüngliche
Position bringen. (siehe S. 9, Abb. 3)
Advice:
• It is recommended to always take out
and change only one grinder.
• Never pull the vehicle backwards,
because the grinders could be damaged
otherwise. The cable connections bet-
ween the motor and grinders must be laid
over a cross.
Carefully pull out the guide shoe
upwards from the mounting and turn it so
that the fastening spigots face upwards.
Pull out the worn grinders in the di-
rection indicated by the arrow.
Plug the power supply cable into the
opening that is provided and fasten it.
First push the front end of the new dou-
bling sliding contact through the opening
from below, then insert the rear end into
the mounting as far as it will go.
Bend the grinders by approxima-
tely 170° and bring the guide shoe back
to its original position again (refer to page
9, fig. 3).
Observations:
• Il est recommandé d'enlever et de rem-
placer une seule tresse à la fois.
• Ne jamais tirer le véhicule en arrière
afin de ne pas endommager la tresse
double. Placer toujours les jonctions de
câbles entre le moteur et les tresses
doubles en croix.
Retirer la quille de guidage avec pré-
caution vers le haut hors de sa fixation et
la tourner de façon à ce que le tourillon
de fixation pointe vers le haut.
Retirer la tresse double usée dans le
sens de la flèche.
Insérer le câble électrique dans l’ou-
verture prévue à cet effet et le maintenir.
Tout d‘abord, faites passer l‘extrémité an-
térieure du nouveau double frotteur dans
l‘ouverture par le bas, puis insérez
l‘extrémité postérieure dans le support
jusqu‘à la butée.
Courber la tresse d’environ 170°
et ramener la quille de guidage à sa po-
sition initiale. (cf. page 9, fig. 3)
Advertencia:
• Se recomienda siempre sacar sólo un
cursor y cambiarlo.
• Nunca tirar el vehículo hacia atrás,
puesto que sino, pueden ser dañados los
cursores. Las conexiones de cables entre
el motor y los cursores tienen que ser
colocados en cruz.
Quitar cuidadosamente la quilla de
conducción del soporte fijador hacia arriba
y girar, de modo que, el pivote de sujeción
indique hacia arriba.
Quitar el cursor desgastado en direc-
ción de la flecha.
Insertar el cable de corriente en la
apertura prevista para ello y tener agarrado
firmemente. Meta primero el extremo de-
lantero de la nueva guía doble desde abajo
por la abertura, introduciendo luego el ex-
tremo trasero hasta el tope en el soporte.
Doblar cursores en aprox. 170° y
llevar la quilla de conducción otra vez a su
posición original. (véase Pág. 9, imagen 3)
Avisos:
• Recomenda-se sempre, somente retirar
e trocar uma escova.
• Jamais puxar o veículo para trás, pois a
escova poderá ser danificada.
As junções de cabo entre o motor e as
escovas devem ser montadas de maneira
cruzada.
Retirar a quilha de guia do suporte
cuidadosamente para cima e girar, de
maneira que os pinos de fixação indi-
quem para cima.
Retirar a escova desgastada na di-
recção da seta.
Inserir o cabo eléctrico na abertura
prevista e mantê-la fixa. Introduzir pri-
meiro a extremidade frontal do contacto
duplo no orifício, de baixo para cima.
Em seguida, encaixar totalmente a outra
extremidade no suporte.
Dobrar a escova de aprox. 170°
e colocar a quilha de guia novamente na
sua posição original. (vide a pag. 9, fig. 3)
