3.10.3 Het gebruik van de taphendel
De tapkoppen zijn gesloten wanneer de hendels in een positie tussen B en H zitten.
De mix kan alleen getapt worden als de hendels in positie A staan.
3.10.4 Verplaatsen van de mix van de PASTOMASTER naar andere toepassingen
De PASTOMASTER 180 RTL is altijd voorzien van een speciale
aansluiting waarmee de mix gemakkelijk getransporteerd kan
worden.
De onderdelen die hiervoor nodig zijn (276, 352 en 287) zijn hierbij
niet meegeleverd, maar kunt u bestellen bij CARPIGIANI Nederland. Vertel
de contactpersoon uw type machine, registratienummer en serienummer,
welke op de achterkant van uw machine te vinden is.
WAARSCHUWING
Om een goede mix te maken, kan het nodig zijn de snelheden van de mixer aan te passen.
Dit kan met behulp van de taphendel. De posities B t/m H staan voor verschillende
snelheden van de mixer.
OPGELET!
De taphendel is altijd betrokken bij het produceren van de mix. Dit betekent dus ook in de
pasteurisatiestand. Zorg er daarom altijd voor dat de taphendel altijd bacterievrij is.
