Selecting “Manual” using PROGRAM key then pressing MODE, 1

adjusted using UP or DOWN key.Press MODE to save value & move to next parameter to be adjusted. Continue
through all desired parameters, start pedaling to start workout.
Start Pedaling to start Workout, using UP or DOWN key adjusts resistance load during workout.
User Program
User program allows user to create their own program that can be used immediately and on subsequent workouts.
Create User Profile
Selecting user mode using PROGRAM key, press MODE key to enter “User” mode. The text window will display”
Select Profile” 4 seconds , meanwhile Segment 1 will flash. Adjust UP or DOWN key to set desired resistance
load. Press MODE key to move to next segment continue for all 10 segments.

Note: The final 10 segments profile will be saved for future workouts.

Interval Program
Selecting “Interval ” pressing PROGRAM key then pressing MODE key. The text window will display SELECT
PROFILE LEVEL” 3 seconds.There are 3 levels (L1,L2,L3) can be select, using UP or DOWN key then pressing
MODE key to confirm.

start workout.The resistance could not be adjusted by using UP or DOWN key during workout.
WATT Program
Selecting “WATT ” pressing PROGRAM key then pressing MODE key. The text window will display “SELECT
WATT” 3 seconds, Meanwhile “50” will flash. Selecting WATT value from 50 W to 350W use UP or DOWN key
then pressing MODE key to confirm.

begin workout.

Note: Computer will adjust the resistance load automatically depends on the speed to maintain the
constant watt value. User can use up /down key to adjust the watt value during workout.
HRC PROGRAM

Selecting “HRC” pressing PROGRAM key then pressing MODE key. 1

adjusted. Continue through all desired parameters, start pedaling to start workout.
Note: If pulse is above or below(±

± 5) the set target pulse , computer adjust the resistance load
automatically.
It will check Every 10 seconds approx. 10W will increase or decrease (Note: during the workout. If
