My ultra has stopped responding to key fobs. I check batter : 5456

My ultra has stopped responding to key fobs.
I check battery in one keyfob and it is a good 3 volts.
I have tried re-coding the fobs to the main unit, but it still doesn't work, though red and green lights do shine/flash as they should.
It works OK from the remore manual conytol button.
Is there anything else I can do?
