4.2 Toetsenfuncties
+ START/STOP: Druk op deze toets om de training te beginnen, te pauzeren of te
beëindigen.
+ RECOVERY: Met deze toets kunt u na de training uw herstelhartfrequentie meten. Druk
na aoop van de training op de Recovery-toets en houd de handpolssensoren vast
indien u geen borstband draagt. Aansluitend begint een countdown van één minuut
te lopen. Gedurende deze tijd worden enkel de countdown en de hartfrequentie
weergegeven. Na
aoop van de minuut
berekent de console
gebaseerd op uw
hartfrequentie een
tnesscijfer tussen
F1-F6.
+ PIJLTOETSEN (+ & -):
A) Keuze van de
gebruiker U0-U4
B) Invoer van de persoonlijke gegevens (geslacht, leeftijd, lengte, gewicht)
C) Keuze van het programma
D) Na de keuze van het programma kunt u het belastingsniveau uitkiezen (1 - 16)
E) Invoer van tijd, afstand, calorieën, level en pols
F) Bij HRC-programma‘s: selecteren en instellen van de doelhartfrequentie (55%,
75%, 90% of doelpols)
G) Bij gebruikersspecieke programma‘s: keuze van het gebruikersspecieke
programma en instelling van het trainingsproel.

F1 Zeer goed 75 - 84
F2 Goed 85 - 94
F3 Gemiddeld 95 - 119
F4 Voldoende 120 - 129
