Instructions before use
The Pro-Mixer is an automatic mixer for mixing so building materials with sand- or gravel-containing
additives up to 8 mm, for example: dierent mortars, screeds, concrete, dierent types of plaster (no
plaster).
The recommended material-dependent mixing quantity is a maximum of 50 kg per mixture. It is
recommended to test the required mixing time with the timer or with the on/o switch with the
corresponding material.
Moving the device
The device can be easily moved by one person using the foldable handle.
Start up
The device is supplied ready to use in a wooden box. The net weight of the machine is 42kg.
Connect the device plug to the power socket using a suitable extension cable (type HO? RN-F, min. 0
1.5mm2). This must have a residual current interrupter (e.g. FI circuit breaker).
Operating instructions
Aer following the instructions in the previous section, follow the following instructions for use:
1. Unscrew the black buttons. Adjust the side of the mixer until it touches the inside of the bucket.
Tighten the knobs.
2. Pour the water into the bucket.
3. Adjust the timer according to your request and press the green button to start.
4. As the bucket rotates, begin to add the mortar slowly (about 30-45 seconds) into the water.
5. At the end of the set time, the timer automatically stops the mixer. Move the mixer backwards and
clean the ready-made mortar on it. Place a new bucket and continue to make a new mortar while
using the first one. To clean the mixer, unscrew the knobs in (1) and take the mixer out. Wash and
reassemble.
Attention!
In case of emergency, press the emergency stop button immediately (fig.6).
