• El aparato no es adecuado para uso terapéutico.
• Lleve ropa adecuada para utilizar el aparato. Evite la ropa ancha que pueda
engancharse y limitar su libertad de movimiento.
• Mantenga su espalda recta durante el entrenamiento.
• Antes de cada entrenamiento, asegúrese de que los mangos, el sillín y
todos los tornillos y tuercas están colocados correctamente.
• Preste atención a todas las indicaciones MAX presentes en las piezas
ajustables. No extraiga las piezas, ya que comprometerá la seguridad del
aparato.
• Utilice el aparato de acuerdo con lo descrito en estas instrucciones de uso.
Si detecta alguna pieza defectuosa durante el montaje o mantenimiento
del aparato, o escucha sonidos inusuales durante su uso, nalice
inmediatamente el entrenamiento. No utilice el aparato hasta que se haya
solucionado el problema.
• A la hora de mover el aparato, tenga cuidado de no dañar su espalda.
Utilice siempre una técnica de elevación adecuada o solicite ayuda, si es
necesario.
• Las piezas móviles (pedales, manillar, sillín, etc.) requieren mantenimiento
semanal. Compruebe el aparato antes de cada entrenamiento. Si alguna
pieza está rota o desajustada, cámbiela o apriétela. Utilice el aparato
únicamente en perfecto estado.
Atención: El aparato no dispone de piñón libre. Si quiere detener el aparato
de forma espontánea, pulse el botón de parada en caso de emergencia.
La resistencia y el botón de parada se ajustan mediante el regular de
resistencia.
• Al terminar el entrenamiento, guarde el aparato en un lugar al que los
niños no puedan acceder.
