Il prolo di allenamento è una forma di allenamento che comprende una
serie di sessioni di allenamento di bassa o alta intensità e fasi di riposo o di
distensione. Variare l‘intensità dello sforzo allena il muscolo cardiaco, offre
un allenamento cardiovascolare, migliora la capacità aerobica e permette alla
persona di allenarsi più a lungo e/o più intensamente.
Il prolo di allenamento non è ancora disponibile per tutti i dispositivi. Si può
facilmente controllare nel menu principale: se si visualizza il menu prolo di
allenamento, signica che la funzione è disponibile. È possibile scegliere tra
due modalità, a seconda del dispositivo.
Resistenza: l´utente denisce un livello di resistenza e le istruzioni vengono
inviate al dispositivo indipendentemente dalla potenza prodotta.
Potenza target: l´utente denisce una potenza da raggiungere e la resistenza
cambia automaticamente in modo da poterla produrre.
• Se si vede una linea arancione, signica che si è vicino all´obiettivo.
• Nel senso opposto, la linea arancione signica che ci si sta allontanando
dall´obiettivo. (Aumentare o rallentare l´obiettivo da raggiungere)
• E´ necessario solo selezionare il conto alla rovescia (< >) e iniziare
l‘allenamento.
• Una volta avviata la sessione, è possibile aumentare o diminuire la potenza
o la resistenza da raggiungere in base alla modalità selezionata.

    • I have the same issue and trying to get some answer for Capital Sports...using this device in this way is very iritating...ther must be some way to disable bluetooth signal since I really don't need it... Answered on 1-2-2023 at 10:57

    • I find the solution by myself :-(.
      On your phone (I have Android) download Kinomap application, connect with application to treadmill and than you can controll treadmill with you phone.

      I woulld expect this kind of answer form support, but like already said...support.... unfortunately....First and last device from Capital sports :-( Answered on 5-2-2023 at 09:36

  • The treadmill shows a bluetooth sign on the screen and stops, this happens randomly e.g. once per hour. After few seconds it returns the defined settings (distance, time...) back to the starting point - 0. Any ideas of the reason for this? Thanks! Submitted on 19-9-2021 at 08:02
