Die Einstellungen für das Papierformat im Druckertreiber stimmen nicht mit dem im Drucker registrierten
Papierformat überein.
Verfahren
Drücken Sie die Taste Stopp (Stop) am Drucker, um den Druckvorgang abzubrechen.
Sorgen Sie dafür, dass das im hinteren Fach eingelegte Papier mit dem im Drucker registrierten
Papierformat übereinstimmt. Verwenden Sie hierfür die Taste Papierauswahl (Paper Select) am
Drucker.
Geben Sie das im Drucker registrierte Papierformat für den Druckertreiber an und versuchen Sie erneut,
zu drucken.
Hinweis
• Wenn das im hinteren Fach eingelegte Papierformat größer als das im Druckertreiber festgelegte
Papierformat ist, können Sie den Druckvorgang fortsetzen, ohne die Einstellungen für das
Papierformat zu ändern. Drücken Sie die Taste OK am Drucker.
• Nähere Details zu Papierformaten, die über die Taste Papierauswahl (Paper Select) am Drucker im
Drucker registriert werden können, finden Sie unten.
Papiereinstellungen
• Sie können die Funktion deaktivieren, um einen Druckerfehler zu verhindern. Wenn diese Funktion
deaktiviert ist, druckt der Drucker mit diesen Papiereinstellungen auf das in das hintere Fach
eingelegte Papier, auch wenn das Papierformat nicht mit diesen Einstellungen übereinstimmt.
