Wenn der Drucker unter einer der folgenden Bedingungen ein Fax empfängt, kann es nicht vom Dru-
cker ausgedruckt werden und wird im Druckerspeicher gespeichert. Wenn Sie das Problem wie be-
schrieben beheben, wird das im Druckerspeicher vorhandene Fax automatisch gedruckt.
• Die verbleibende Tintenmenge reicht nicht aus, um das Fax zu drucken:
Tauschen Sie den Tintenbehälter aus.
Ersetzen von Tintenbehältern
Hinweis
• Sie können einstellen, dass der Drucker ein empfangenes Fax trotz aufgebrauchter Tinte
druckt.
Setzen Sie Drucken ohne Tinte (Print when out of ink) in Einstellungen für automat.
Druck (Auto print settings) unter Fax-Einstellungen (FAX settings) auf Druck (Print).
Aufgrund der fehlenden Tinte wird jedoch ein Teil des Fax oder das gesamte Fax nicht ge-
druckt.
Zudem erfolgt keine Speicherung des Faxes im Druckerspeicher.
Wenn die Tinte bereits aufgebraucht ist, wird empfohlen, die Einstellung Nicht drucken (Do
not print) für Empfangene Dokumente (Received documents) in Einstellungen für auto-
mat. Druck (Auto print settings) unter Fax-Einstellungen (FAX settings) zu wählen, um
das empfangene Fax im Druckerspeicher zu speichern. Nach Austausch des Tintenbehälters
und Auswahl von Druck (Print) für Empfangene Dokumente (Received documents) in
Einstellungen für automat. Druck (Auto print settings) wird das im Druckerspeicher ge-
speicherte Fax automatisch gedruckt.
Fax-Einstellungen

Das Papier ist aufgebraucht:
Legen Sie das Papier ein und tippen Sie dann auf dem Touchscreen auf OK.

Das eingelegte Papier weist ein anderes als das unter Format (Page size) in Faxpapiereinstel-
lungen (FAX paper settings) angegebene Format auf:
Legen Sie Papier mit dem unter Format (Page size) angegebenen Format ein, und tippen Sie
dann auf OK auf dem Touchscreen.

Sie haben das Drucken eines Fax durch Drücken der Taste Stopp (Stop) abgebrochen:
Drücken Sie die Taste HOME und tippen Sie auf FAX, um den Faxdruck fortzusetzen.

Nicht drucken (Do not print) ist für Empfangene Dokumente (Received documents) in Ein-
stellungen für automat. Druck (Auto print settings) unter Fax-Einstellungen (FAX settings)
ausgewählt:
Sie können die im Druckerspeicher abgelegten Faxe über den Bildschirm Arbeitsspeicher-Refe-
renz (Memory reference) im Faxmenü drucken.

• Wenn empfangene Dokumente automatisch gedruckt werden sollen, wählen Sie Druck
(Print) für Empfangene Dokumente (Received documents) in Einstellungen für auto-
