Bediening van de machine vanaf een computer (UI op
afstand)
De UI op afstand (gebruikersinterface) is al in de machine geïnstalleerde software waarmee u toegang krijgt tot de
functies van de machine met de webbrowser van uw computer. Zo hebt u met de UI op afstand bijvoorbeeld toegang
tot de machine om de opdrachtstatus te controleren, opdrachten uit te voeren en diverse instellingen aan te geven.
■● De UI op afstand is handig voor het volgende.
• Het controleren van de opdrachtstatus.
• Het bewerken van het adresboek van uw computer
• Controleren van de resterende hoeveelheid papier of toner vanuit uw werkplek.

adresbalk van de web browser en druk op
[ENTER] op het toetsenbord.

Klik op [Status Monitor/Cancel].
De instellingen aangeven:
•
Klik op [Settings/Registration].
• Om u aan te melden als de beheerder, voert u het Systeembeheerder ID en de Systeem PIN in → klik op [Beheerder login].
• Om u aan te melden als algemene gebruiker, klik op [Algemene gebruiker login].
• Als het aanmeldscherm verschijnt, voert u de gebruikersnaam en het wachtwoord in→ klik op [OK].
• Als een login service zoals Afdelings-ID beheer of SSO-H is ingesteld, voert u de betreende aanmeldinformatie in.
