Verzenden van een faxbericht
Dit gedeelte beschrijft de procedures voor het gebruik van de standaard faxfuncties. Voor het gebruik van de
faxfunctie is een optioneel product nodig.

Plaatsen van originelen
●
Plaats het origineel in de aanvoer
of op de glasplaat.
Originelen in de aanvoer plaatsen
•
Stel de geleiders in op het formaat van uw
originelen. Plaats uw originelen met de te
kopiëren zijde naar boven.
Originelen op de glasplaat plaatsen
•
Open de aanvoer.
• Plaats uw originelen met de tekstzijde naar
beneden.

Selecteren van functie
●
Selecteer [Fax] op het scherm
Hoofdmenu.
• Druk op [Fax].
• Het scherm met basisfuncties voor faxen wordt
getoond.
U kunt diverse faxfuncties instellen. Voor meer
informatie raadpleegt u e-Handleiding > Faxen.

Geef de bestemming aan

Voer het faxnummer in.
• Voer met de numerieke toetsen het faxnummer
in.

Start verzending van de fax
●
Na het selecteren van de
instellingen, drukt u op
.
• Druk op .
Nadat een opdracht is verzonden, kunnen
de verzendinstellingen bewaard blijven, met
uitzondering van de aangegeven bestemmingen.
• Om alle instellingen te annuleren, drukt u op
.
• Om andere opdrachten te verzenden met
dezelfde instellingen, geeft u de bestemmingen
aan voor de opdrachten omdat de bestemming
die voor de vorige opdracht was aangegeven
niet wordt bewaard.
• Als er een aanmeldscherm voor Afdelings-ID beheer of SSO-H verschijnt, dient u de betreende authenticatiegegevens (ID, wachtwoord/PIN) in te
voeren. Als de Kopiekaartlezer-F1 is geïnstalleerd, plaatst u eerst een controlekaart.
• Als er een inlogservice zoals Afdelings-ID beheer of SSO-H is ingesteld, drukt u op (Inloggen/Uitloggen) om uit te loggen.
• De verzendinstellingen voor de laatste verzendopdracht kunnen worden bewaard.
- Om alle instellingen te annuleren, drukt u op .
- De aangegeven bestemmingen worden niet bewaard.
