Probleem 16 Paspoort kan niet worden gescand.
Oplossingen Afhankelijk van de staat van de transport hoes of het
paspoort, kan de scan onvolledig zijn of werkt de
beeldcorrectiefunctie van de scanner mogelijk niet
goed.
Configureer de instellingen zoals hieronder
weergegeven.
(1) Stel [Paginaformaat] in op een groter papierformaat
(bijvoorbeeld A4) op het scherm met stuurprogramma-
instellingen van de scanner en voer de scan opnieuw
uit. (Zie pag. 69)
(2) Stel [Dots per inch] in op 300 dpi of minder op het
scherm met stuurprogramma-instellingen van de
scanner. (Zie pag. 70)
(3) Als u de zijde van het paspoort met minder pagina's
omlaag hebt gescand, plaats dan de zijde van het
paspoort met meer pagina's omlaag, en verzamel de
zijde met meer pagina's aan de rand van de
transporthoes, en laad die dan in de invoer.
(4) Reinig de roller.
Probleem 17 Documents op dik papier worden niet goed
gescand.
Oplossingen Open het instellingenvenster van het
scannerstuurprogramma en selecteer [Extra dik papier/
Plastic kaart] bij [Documenttype] in het tabblad
[Invoeren].
Probleem 18 Formaatdetectie en scheefstandcorrectie werken
niet.
Oplossingen Wanneer [Transport hoes] is ingesteld op [Transport
hoes] op het tabblad [Invoeren] van het venster met
stuurprogramma-instellingen voor de scanner en u
scant een document met zwarte randen zonder dat u
het in de transport hoes steekt, kan het gebeuren dat
formaatdetectie en scheefstandcorrectie niet werken.
In dergelijke gevallen schakelt u formaatdetectie en
scheefstandcorrectie uit of stelt u [Transport hoes] in op
[Geen] op het tabblad [Invoeren].
