6 Plaats het document.
Plaats het document in de invoerlade zodat de voorkant naar voren wijst en de
bovenrand omhoog.
Nadat u het document in de documentinvoer hebt gestoken, lijnt u de
documentgeleiders uit met de randen van het document.
Wanneer u documenten in de invoerlade plaatst, zorg er dan
voor dat u uw handen niet snijdt aan de rand van het papier.
Controleer dat het document niet de laadgrenstekens ( ) op
de geleiders overschrijdt. U kunt maximaal 30 pagina's
normaal papier (80 g/m
2
) tegelijkertijd laden.
Voordat u een document scant, moet u controleren of er geen
paperclips, nietjes of andere kleine metalen voorwerpen
inzitten. Deze voorwerpen kunnen brand of elektrische
schokken veroorzaken, het document beschadigen of het
papier laten vastlopen of storingen veroorzaken.
Draag tijdens het gebruik van de scanner geen loshangende
kleren of sieraden die in de scanner terecht kunnen komen. Dit
kan leiden tot lichamelijk letsel. Wees extra voorzichtig
wanneer u een stropdas draagt of lang haar hebt. Als er iets in
de scanner beklemd raakt, schakelt u het apparaat
onmiddellijk uit en trekt u de stekker uit het stopcontact om
het scannen te stoppen.
Strijk documenten altijd eerst glad voordat u ze in de
invoerlade plaatst. Als de voorkant van een document niet
recht is, kan het papier vastlopen.
Als de invoer tijdens het scannen stopt door een systeemfout
of vastgelopen papier, verhelpt u het probleem, controleert u
of het gescande beeld van de laatste pagina die nog goed is
ingevoerd is opgeslagen, en zet u vervolgens het scannen van
de overgebleven pagina's voort.
Na het scannen sluit u de invoerlade zodat de scanner niet
beschadigd kan raken terwijl u hem niet gebruikt.
U kunt bij het scannen standaardinvoer gebruiken in
combinatie met recht transport, maar documenten met
meerdere pagina's worden in dat geval in omgekeerde
volgorde uitgevoerd.
