Wellicht is tijdens de ontvangst een storing opgetreden
• Kijk of op het display een foutmelding verschijnt (

• Druk een Activiteitenrapport af en kijk of er een storingscode op vermeld
staat (

Het MP-blad is wellicht leeg.
• Controleer of papier op het MP-blad is geplaatst (

Het andere faxapparaat kan wellicht geen CNG signaal verzenden dat uw
FAX laat weten dat het bij deze oproep om een faxbericht gaat.
• Sommige faxapparaten kunnen dit signaal niet verzenden. In deze situaties
dient u het faxbericht handmatig te ontvangen (

■ Er kunnen geen documenten handmatig worden
ontvangen.
U heeft wellicht de verbinding verbroken door op Start/Kopie te drukken of
het ID voor RX op afstand te kiezen nadat u heeft opgehangen.
• Druk altijd op Start/Kopie of kies de code voor ontvangst op afstand
voordat u ophangt. Anders zult u de verbinding verbreken (

■ De afdrukkwaliteit is slecht.
U gebruikt wellicht niet het juiste type papier.
• Controleer of het papier geschikt is voor gebruik in uw FAX (

• Het verzendende faxapparaat bepaalt meestal de kwaliteit van het
faxbericht. Neem contact op met de andere partij en vraag of ze willen
controleren of de scannercomponenten van hun faxapparaat schoon zijn.
De fout correctie mode (ECM) is wellicht uitgeschakeld.
• Zorg dat ECM is ingeschakeld (

ongelijkmatig afgedrukt.
Wellicht heeft u een slechte telefoonlijn of heeft u een slechte verbinding.
• ECM verzending/ontvangst dient dergelijke problemen te voorkomen. Als
de telefoonlijnen echter slecht zijn, kan het nodig zijn dat u het opnieuw
probeert.
