4 Clip the Film Holder back into the slots in the Film Guide for a 35 mm strip.
Slides do not require the Film Holder to be closed.
5 Place the loaded Film Guide in the correct
position on the document glass of the
scanner.
6 Close the document cover.
• The Film Guide has a calibration slot used by the scanner to calculate the color
balance. The film cannot be scanned with the correct color balance if this slot is
obstructed. Keep it clear.
• You can purchase the Accessory Kit for CanoScan 3200F (CSAK-3200F) if the
protective sheet or the Film Guide lost or damaged.
