The Main Menu shows all the links to the active options.
Updates to options will appear here, including promotions,
online shop accessories, etc. The elements of the Main
Menu are:
- My Profile (with your picture in the top)
- Enables you to modify basic profile options
- Auxiliary elements (Language and logout)
- Dashboard
- Routes and Tracks
- Calendar of events
The user profile contains information about you. This
information is private and is used to calculate things like
calorie consumption or to show your profile picture in your
shared activities. To modify your personal data, tap on your
picture or name on the TOP of the Main Menu.
The system will provide direction as to how to modify this
data. You can change your picture if you are logged in using
the ebikemotion® user system. If you are using Facebook®
the ebikemotion® App will use your Facebook® picture
profile and you will have to modify it in Facebook® to change
your picture in the APP.
The following information can be edited in your profile:
- Picture
- First Name
- Last Name
- Gender
- Birth Date
- Weight
- Height
This information is exactly the same that you have in your
APP, and it is synchronized with the ebikemotion® APP
information. If you update your data it will also be archived in
the APP.

IMPORTANT
Any change made by the Brand in the customization is
refreshed in the end user APP when the Smartphone
refresh the Cache memory. Cache memory is updated in
Android and iOS some minutes after the Premium pack
pictures is uploaded in the Server by the OEM
If you are using and ebikemotion compatible eBike, your
brand could has its own Web Dashboard with it own color
style and look and feel. When we detect one eBike
compatible with the Premium Pack system, the APP
automatically download some graphics and extra
information for your eBike, like backgrounds, fonts, help links,
etc. To understand how it works check this:
When the Premium Pack customization is applied and how
works the process?
1. The user connects the eBike with the APP
2. APP sends a request to get the eBike VIN Number
(eBike Serial Number)
3. APP gets the answer with the VIN (that contains the
OEM PREFIX, by example RM)
4. APP sends the OEM Prefix to the Server to get the
Premium Pack if that exist.
5. Premium Pack is applied to the APP until the VIN of the
APP changes
