La capacidad calorífica y la presión del gas varían dependiendo del tipo de gas.
Cuando se cambie el tipo de gas el técnico ha de cambiar los inyectores, realizar la conexión de gas con la instalación y establecer
un flujo mínimo para cada quemador.
CAMBIO DEL TIPO DE GAS:
INSTALACIÓN
• Configuración de fábrica:
Gas Natural = G20-20 mbar/G25-25 mbar
Configuración de gas posible de acuerdo con la
instalación de Gas Butano G30-29 mbar o Gas
Propano G 31-37 mbar
• CAMBIO DEL TIPO DE GAS
Inyectores de la placa
Para acceder a los inyectores:
- levante la cubierta de la placa,
- reitre la parte superior, la rejilla, los
topes y la parte superior de los
quemadores,
- utilice una llave de tubo (7) dentro
del quemador,
- de acuerdo con la información
proporcionada en la tabla, instale
los inyectores adecuados para el
tipo de quemador y el tipo de gas
utilizado.
Para reinstalarlo ajuste la parte
superior, los quemadores y la rejilla.
INYECTORES
Cada inyector está identificado con una marca.

• CAMBIO DE LOS INYECTORES DE LOS QUEMADORES DE GAS
Tuerca de dosificación

• CONFIGURACIÓN DE LA LLAMA
Si se modifica el tipo de gas ha de comprobarse la estabilidad de la llama en
el flujo mínimo y configurarse ajustando la tuerca de dosificación
Para acceder a la tuerca de regulación del quemador superior retire el mando
del panel de control. Primero tire del disco hacia fuera y retire el mando de
control combinado.
a) Gas butano - propano:
La configuración se hace girando hacia la derecha (sin forzar) la tuerca de
control cuyo orificio calibrado proporciona el flujo mínimo.
b) Gas Natural:
- desenrosque la tuerca de dosificación una vuelta,
- vuelva a colocar el panel de control combinado, encienda el quemador y
ponga la llama al mínimo,
- coloque de nuevo el panel de control combinado, enrosque la tuerca de
dosificación hasta conseguir que se reduzca la llama al mínimo pero siempre
estable.
- vuelva a colocar el panel de control combinado.
