5. RAZPREDELNICE ČASOV PEČENJA
Priporočeni časi pečenja, ki so navedeni v tabelah na naslednjih straneh, se lahko razlikujejo od dejanskih glede na kakovost,svežino, količino

Sestavine:
• 200 g bučk
• 200 g krompirja
• 200 g sladkega krompirja
• 1 rdeča paprika
Narežite bučke in paprike, krompir narežite na kocke in nekaj časa kuhajte na
kuhalni plošči.
Drugo zelenjavo narežite in jo 5 minut dušite v ponvi na oljčnem olju; začinite s
papriko, soljo in poprom.
Ko je krompir kuhan, ga pretlačite in dodajte drugim sestavinam in narezanemu
siru.
Med tem časom zmešajte krušne drobtine s parmezanom in polovico zmesi
primešajte zelenjavi.
Z moko potresite modelčke za mafine in jih napolnite do roba s pripravljeno
maso. Na vrh razporedite preostalo količino krušnih drobtin in sira, in na vrh
dolijte malo oljčnega olja. Pecite v pečici s funkcijo “COOK LIGHT” pri 180
stopinjah 15-20 minut, dokler se zlato ne obarvajo.
Pečena jesenska fritata
Sestavine:
6 jajc
• 10 bučkinih cvetov
• 1 kuhan krompir
Narežite in skuhajte 1 krompir. Bučo narežite na rezine in jih razporedite na
pekač ter pecite v pečici približno 20 minut pri 160 stopinjah.
Kuhano bučo pretlačite z vilico.
Stepajte jajca in dodajte kuhan krompir in pretlačeno bučo, mleko, parmezan,
kurkumo, sol in poper.
Vse sestavine dobro zmešajte in dodajte bučkine cvetove; prej jih dobro očistite
in narežite na koščke.
Zmes vlijte v pekač in postavite v predhodno ogreto pečico; pecite 20 minut s
funkcijo “COOK LIGHT” pri 180 stopinjah.

• 100 g sira provolone (trd kravji sir)
• 1 žlico paprike
• 50 g parmezana
• 20 g drobtin
• 1 rezina kuhane buče
• 200 g parmezana
• Kurkuma
• 6 žlic mleka
