Consigli per l'uso corretto del forno

Funzionamento del forno a microonde

Prima di utilizzare qualsiasi recipiente verificare se il medesimo è adatto al forno a microonde (SI VEDA

CONSIGLI PER L'USO DEI RECIPIENTI).

Prima di cucinare gli alimenti inciderne sempre la parte esterna.

Sistemare i liquidi da riscaldare in un recipiente con apertura larga allo scopo di permetterne la giusta

evaporazione.

Non dimenticare che nel microonde:

1. Quanto maggiore è la quantità degli alimenti, tanto maggiore sarà il tempo necessario alla cottura.

2. Quanto inferiore è la temperatura degli alimenti, tanto maggiore sarà il tempo necessario alla loro

cottura.

3. Gli alimenti meno densi si preparano più rapidamente.

4. Una distribuzione perfetta degli alimenti sulla base del forno garantisce una cottura più uniforme.

Disponendo gli alimenti a maggior densità in forma di anello esterno e quelli a minor densità al centro

del piatto, si potranno cucinare vari tipi di alimenti contemporaneamente.

5. Si ottengono migliori risultati di cottura lasciando riposare i cibi per qualche tempo prima di servirli,

dal momento che, una volta spento il forno, la cottura prosegue ancora per alcuni secondi.

6. Coprendo gli alimenti, si ridurranno i tempi di cottura e se ne impedirà la disidratazione. I coperchi

devono essere di materiale trasparente alle microonde e dovranno essere dotati di un piccolo ugello

per la fuoriuscita del vapore.
