CONSEJOS DE COCCIÓN
Las temperaturas, así como los tiempos de cocción, se dan a título indicativo para facilitar
el buen manejo del aparato. La experiencia personal permitirá más adelante adaptar estos
parámetros a los gustos y a las costumbres de cada uno.
Cabe señalar que como más alta es la temperatura de una cocción, más riesgo hay de
que se produzcan salpicaduras importantes, favoreciendo así que el horno se ensucie y
genere humos. Por ello, a menudo es preferible moderar ligeramente la temperatura de
cocción, aunque ello suponga un tiempo de cocción más largo.
