GARANTIBETINGELSER
Produktet har en total garanti på delene og arbejdskraften for 2 år fra købsdatoen, med undtagelse af forsendelsesudgif-
terne, som er på brugerens afgift. Garantien er gyldig når det leverede produkt ikke svarer til ordren, eller hvis det er
defekt, hvis bare klagen er ledsaget af et bevisdokument (f. eks: faktura, kassebon). Produktet bør sendes frit leveret,
komplet og ikke afmonteret, til et af de godkendte garanti servicecentre, og på klagen bør der beskrives det konstatere-
de problem. Produktet, som er nævnt i klagen, bliver enten repareret, udskiftet eller refunderet, helt eller delvist. Garantien
er ikke gyldig og vil ikke blive godkendt når skaden er opstået af (i) ukorrekt anvendelse eller opbevaring af produktet, (ii)
vedligeholdelsesfejl af produktet eller vedligeholdelse, der ikke er blevet udført efter brugervejledningen, (iii) reparation,
ændring, vedligeholdelse af produktet, udført af en ikke godkendt tredjepart, (iv) anvendelse af uoriginale reservedele.

  • We have two CR5000 models that both behave in the same manner when ignited. The pilot light comes on in both cases but both just flare up periodically and don't redden up and give out heat .
    What could the problem be?
    Whilst not new, they have both had minimal usage and are still in very good condition. Submitted on 11-11-2023 at 13:50
