- Íà äåòàë³ ïðèñòðîþ òà âèêîíàííÿ ðåìîíòíèõ

ðîá³òïîøèðþºòüñÿ ãàðàíò³ÿ ñòðîêîì íà 2 (äâà)

ðîêè ç äàòè ïîêóïêè.

- Ãàðàíò³ÿ ÷èííà, ÿêùî äîñòàâëåíèé ïðîäóêò íå

â³äïîâ³äàº çàìîâëåííþ àáî íåñïðàâíèé, çà óìîâè,

ùî ñêàðãà ñóïðîâîäæóºòüñÿ äîêóìåíòîì, ùî

ï³äòâåðäæóº äàòó ïîêóïêè (íàïðèêëàä, ðàõóíîê,

÷åê), òà îïèñîì ïðîáëåìè, ÿêà âèíèêëà.

- Ïåðø í³æ ïåðåäàòè äî àâòîðèçîâàíîãî öåíòðó

ñåðâ³ñíîãî îáñëóãîâóâàííÿ ïðèñòð³é, ùî

ôóíêö³îíóº ç âèêîðèñòàííÿì ãàçó, íåîáõ³äíî

â³ä'ºäíàòè â³ä áëîêà àáî öèë³íäðà, äî ÿêîãî â³í

ï³ä'ºäíàíèé.

- Ïðîäóêò áóäå â³äðåìîíòîâàíî, çàì³íåíî, àáî áóäå

ïîâåðíåíî éîãî âàðò³ñòü (ïîâí³ñòþ ÷è ÷àñòêîâî).

- Ãàðàíò³ÿ àíóëþºòüñÿ òà íå º ÷èííîþ, ÿêùî

ïîøêîäæåííÿ çàâäàíî â ðåçóëüòàò³ (i)

íåïðàâèëüíî¿ åêñïëóàòàö³¿ àáî çáåð³ãàííÿ

ïðîäóêòó, (ii) â³äñóòíîñò³ äîãëÿäó çà ïðîäóêòîì àáî

äîãëÿäó ÿêèé íå â³äïîâ³äàº ³íñòðóêö³ÿì ³ç âèêîðè-

ñòàííÿ, (iii) ðåìîíòó, ìîäèô³êàö³¿ îáñëóãîâóâàííÿ

ïðîäóêòó íåóïîâíîâàæåíîþ òðåòüîþ îñîáîþ, (iv)

âèêîðèñòàííÿì íåîðèã³íàëüíèõ çì³ííèõ äåòàëåé

- ÏÐÈÌ²ÒÊÀ. Âèïàäêè ïðîôåñ³éíîãî âèêîðèñòàííÿ

ïðîäóêòó íå âðàõîâàíî â ãàðàíò³¿.

- Ïðèéíÿòòÿ â³äïîâ³äàëüíîñò³ ïðîòÿãîì ïåð³îäó ä³¿

ãàðàíò³¿ íå âïëèâàº íà äàòó çàê³í÷åííÿ òåðì³íó

ãàðàíò³¿.

- Öÿ ãàðàíò³ÿ æîäíèì ÷èíîì íå âïëèâàº íà

âñòàíîâëåí³ çàêîíîì ïðàâà ñïîæèâà÷à.-

- Ó ðàç³ âèíèêíåííÿ ïðåòåíç³é çâåðòàéòåñÿ äî íàøî¿

ñëóæáè ðîáîòè ç³ ñïîæèâà÷àìè.
