• De UTP-kabel in de juiste poort in het glasmodem is aangesloten.
• Er een directe UTP-kabelverbinding is tussen het glasmodem en de tv-ontvanger.
Controleer of de SD-kaart goed in de tv-ontvanger zit. Deze dient altijd met het logo naar boven geplaatst te worden.
