Das Innere der Backofen-Rauchführung einmal im Jahr, ggf. auch einmal im Monat reinigen.

• Die Feuerungstür öffnen und den Sperrhebel drehen (siehe Fig. 74 auf S. 31).
• Die gesamte Feuerungstür ausbauen (siehe Fig. 75 auf S. 31).
• Dann die Reinigung wie in REINIGUNG DER RAUCHFÜHRUNG (KOOK 80 - KOOK 87 - KOOK 90 4.0) auf S. 31
angegeben vornehmen.
13.13 REINIGUNG DER RAUCHFÜHRUNG (KOOK 80 - KOOK 87 - KOOK 90 4.0)
Das Innere der Backofen-Rauchführung einmal im Jahr, ggf. auch einmal im Monat reinigen.

• Den Reinigungsstopfen unter dem Backofen durch Herausschrauben der beiden Schrauben mit Schlüssel CH
8 (siehe Fig. 76 auf S. 31 und Fig. 77 auf S. 31) öffnen.
• Das Ventil unter dem Backofen mit Hilfe des Schürhakens um 90°C drehen (siehe Fig. 78 auf S. 31).
• Die auf dem Boden vorhandenen Verbrennungsrückstände abkratzen und absaugen.
Nach erfolgter Reinigung den Stopfen IMMER in seiner ursprünglichen Position einsetzen!
