Bij 12-V-gebruik wordt de koelkast door de startaccu van het trekvoertuig met
stroom gevoed. Daarom is een 12-V-gebruik van de koelkast alleen mogelijk
als het dynamosignaal D+ actief is. Bij langere pauzes altijd omschakelen op
gasgebruik.
De thermostaat werkt niet bij 12-V-gebruik. De koelkast werkt continu.
9.6.6 Vergrendeling van de koelkastdeur
Afhankelijk van het model heeft de koelkast een apart vriesvak. De informatie
in deze sectie geldt ook voor de deur van het vriesvak.
De koelkastdeur kan in twee standen worden vergrendeld:
z Gesloten koelkastdeur tijdens de rit en als de koelkast wordt gebruikt
z Licht geopende koelkastdeur als ventilatiestand, als de koelkast is uitge-
schakeld
Dometic 8-serie
Openen: De ontgrendelingsknop (Afb. 155,1) indrukken en de koelkastdeur openen.
Sluiten:
De koelkastdeur sluiten. De vergrendelingshaak klikt hoorbar vast.
Als het voertuig is opgesteld, kan de vergrendelingshaak worden vastgezet.
De koelkastdeur kan dan worden geopend, zonder dat de ontgrendelingsknop
ingedrukt hoeft te worden.
Vergrendelingshaak
vastzetten:
De grendelschuif (Afb. 156,1) naar boven drukken. De vergrendelingshaak
(Afb. 156,2) wordt naar boven gedrukt en is buiten werking.
Vergrendelingshaak
losmaken:
De vergrendelingshaak (Afb. 156,2) naar beneden drukken. De vergrende-
lingshaak werkt weer.
Z Verdere informatie ontlenen aan de aparte gebruiksaanwijzing van de
fabrikant.
Z Tijdens de rit moet de koelkastdeur altijd gesloten en in de gesloten stand
gearreteerd zijn.
Z Als de koelkast is uitgeschakeld, de koelkastdeur in ventilatiestand vast-
zetten. Zo kan schimmelvorming worden vermeden.
