relojes mecánicos de Bulova; 2. Daños resultando del manejo impropio, del uso anormal, las
alteraciones, la negligencia o la falta de cuidado del reloj; 3. El desgaste normal y los efectos
del envejecimiento, incluyendo el deterioro y los rasguños en el acabado del reloj (la caja, la
correa, la corona o el cristal). 4. La batería, el cristal o la correa; 5. Daños causados por el agua
si el modelo no es identificado como “resistente al agua” y no cubre daños causados por
humedad o agua a los relojes que no estén correctamente resellados después de haber abierto
la caja. 6. Servicio y mantenimiento, reparaciones o servicio indebidamente realizados invalidan
la garantía. Todo servicio y mantenimiento, o cualquier servicio que requiera la abertura de la
caja, debe realizarse por un técnico con calificaciones adecuadas, que sea de preferencia un
Distribuidor Autorizado de Bulova, o directamente por Bulova.
Toda garantía implícita, inclusive de una garantía implícita de comerciabilidad, se limita a la
duración de la garantía limitada expresa. Bulova no será responsable de daños consecuenciales
o incidentales, y ninguna valorización podrá exceder la suma pagada por el reloj. Esta garantía
le confiere derechos legales específicos; es posible que también tenga otros derechos que
