Unpacking and parts supplied
• Do not use any sharp objects to open the
packaging or remove any protective ma-
terial. You may accidentally damage the
paint or parts of the balance bike.
• Keep all packaging materials away from
children.
Assembly
For the assembly, you need the following
tools (supplied)
1. Allen key 5 mm
2. Allen key 6 mm
3. Open-ended spanner 15 mm
• Assembly must be carried out very care-
fully by an adult to prevent accidents or
injuries from occurring later on. Take your
time to do this. If you are unsure, please
contact your dealer or a workshop.
1. Remove all parts from the packaging.
2. Remove the protective material.
3. Check that the delivery is complete and
undamaged. If anything is missing, please
contact your dealer before starting any
further work.
• In some places, it is necessary to tighten
screws to a certain torque. This torque
is given in Newton metres (for example
2 Nm). If a screw is tightened with too
little torque, the connection may still be
too loose and not secure. If the torque is
too high, screws and other parts may be
damaged and destroyed.

Fitting the handlebars
1. Loosen the four screws on the stem cap
and remove them.
2. Mount the handlebars between the stem.
Make sure that the curve of the handle-
bars points towards the saddle. Align the
handlebars centrally (see marking).
3. Screw the stem cap back onto the stem
with the four screws. Be sure to firmly
tighten the screws crosswise (6-9 Nm).
The handlebars must not wobble!
Fitting the front wheel
1. Loosen the two cap nuts until you can
insert the axle into the fork.
2. The two washers must be placed on the
outside of the fork and the hook of the
washer must engage with the correspon-
ding recess on the left and right.
(To achieve a straight alignment, it is best
to place the wheel on the ground)
3. Then tighten the cap nuts with the 15 mm
open-ended spanner (12-15 Nm).
Fitting the brake (optional)
1. Remove the right handlebar grip (a little
water will help)
2. Turn the brake lever to the correct posi-
tion and tighten to 2-3 Nm.
3. Now hook the brake cable into the brake
lever and run the outer cover through the
corresponding guides (a total of 5) on the
frame towards the back.
4. Remove the back wheel using the 15mm
open-ended spanner.
5. Now mount the brake disc on the hub
(brake disc is marked with an arrow to
indicate the direction).
Tighten the screws to about 2-4 Nm. You
can then refit the back wheel.
6. Now mount the brake calliper or the adap-
ter onto the frame to about 6 Nm with the
two corresponding screws.
7. Tighten the screws connecting the brake
calliper to the adapter to 4-6 Nm. Make
sure that the brake is roughly aligned so
that it does not rub.
8. Insert the brake cable through the adjus-
ting screw of the brake calliper and clamp
the brake cable into the corresponding
holder of the brake calliper. Tighten the
screw to about 2-4 Nm.
9. You can now fine-tune the brake adjust-
ment using the adjusting screw on the
brake lever and the adjusting screw on the
brake calliper.
