Aanwijzing!
Verstel alleen in stappen van 1/8e slag en wacht
na iedere verstelling ca. één minuut tot de
waarde zich heeft gestabiliseerd.
Controleer na de instelling de kwaliteit van de verbran-
ding via de kijkopening:
— vlam stijgt niet op
— branderoppervlak gloeit niet
• Beëindighettestprogramma„P1“.
• Monteerdeafdekkapvanhetgasblok.
Instelling bij minimale last

Aanwijzing!
Voer vóór de instelling eerst een CO2-meting bij
nominale last uit, omdat de instelling bij nomi-
nale last ook de minimale last verandert. Een
instelling van de minimale last is alleen bij hoge
uitzondering noodzakelijk.

De gasinstelling voor de minimale last geschiedt via de
nulpuntschroef (1) (Torx Tx40 onder afdekking) van het
gasblok.
• Verwijderdeafdekkapvandenulpuntschroef(1)van
het gasblok.
• Starthettestprogramma„P2“ voor minimale last
(zoals hierboven beschreven).
• BepaalbijminimalelasthetCO2-gehalteenvergelijk
deze met de waarden in tabel 6.2.
• CorrigeerindiennodighetCO2-gehaltebijdenulpunt-
schroef m.b.v. Torx Tx40 bij de gascombiklep conform
tabel 6.2.

Aanwijzing!
De instelling reageert heel gevoelig. Een halve
slag (180°) heeft een verandering van de
CO2-concentratie van ca. 1,0 Vol.-% tot gevolg.
• OmhetCO2-gehalteteverhogen,draaitudenulpunt-
schroef met de klok mee (rechts).
• OmhetCO2-gehaltetereduceren,draaitudenulpunt-
schroef tegen de klok in (links).
Controleer na de instelling de kwaliteit van de verbran-
ding via de kijkopening:
— vlam stijgt niet op
— branderoppervlak gloeit niet
• Beëindighettestprogramma„P2“.
• Monteerdeafdekkapvanhetgasblok.

Attentie!
Tijdens de CO2-instelling moet op de
CO-emissie worden gelet. Als de CO-waarde bij
een correcte CO2-waarde > 200 ppm is, dan is
de gasklep niet correct ingesteld. Een basisin-
stelling is noodzakelijk. Deze voert u uit zoals
beschreven in hoofdstuk 6.5.4 Gasomschake-
ling.
Om de instelling te beëindigen, gaat u als volgt te werk:
• SteldeHR-gasketelbuitenwerking.
• Sluitdemeetopeningenendrukmeetnippelsafencon-
troleer deze op lekkages.
6.4.4 Gasomschakeling
De omschakeling naar aardgas G25 geschiedt alleen
door instelling van het gasblok.
Ga als volgt te werk:
• BrengdemeetsondevandeCO2-meterindemeetope-
ning bij de rookgasbuis naar binnen.
• Starthettestprogramma„P1“ voor de nominale last
(zie hoofdstuk 6.5.3).
• MeethetCO2-gehalteenstelditovereenkomstigtabel
6.2 in.
• Starthettestprogramma„P2“ voor deellast.
• MeethetCO2-gehalteenstelditindiennodigovereen-
komstig tabel 6.2 in.
Om de gasomschakeling te beëindigen, gaat u als volgt
te werk:
• SteldeHR-gasketelbuitenwerking.
• Sluitdemeetopeningenendrukmeetnippelsafencon-
troleer deze op lekkages.
• Nadatudeketelheeftomgebouwdnaareenandere
gassoort, brengt u de betreffende sticker, bijv. „Inge-
steld op G25 - 25 mbar“, op het gasblok aan.
