Funcionamiento
1. Elija un contenedor de agua adecuado. El
contenedor deberá ser apto para utilizar con
alimentos, resistente a temperaturas de 100 °C
y tener una profundidad de al menos 200 mm.
2. Ajuste el circulador de forma segura al
contenedor de agua empleando la abrazadera
ajustable. La abrazadera es ajustable para
adaptarse a contenedores de diversos grosores
empleando el pomo de ajuste de grosor. La
altura del circulador también puede ajustarse
para adaptarse a contenedores de diferentes
profundidades presionando el botón de ajuste
de altura.

3. Vierta agua en el contenedor.
Nota: el nivel de agua (una vez
añadido el alimento) deberá
estar por encima de la marca
MIN pero por debajo de la
marca MAX de la máquina.
4. Conecte el aparato a una toma de corriente.
5. Pulse el botón Temperature Display (mostrar
temperatura) para que la unidad muestre la
temperatura en °C o en °F. °C / °F
Nota: La configuración por
defecto es en °C. Tras elegir
°C o °F, la unidad recordará su
preferencia para futuros usos.
6. Pulse
TIME
y
TEMP
para establecer el tiempo de funcionamiento y
la temperatura.
7. Tras fijar el tiempo y la temperatura, pulse
para que la unidad empiece a
calentar. Pulsando la unidad dejará
de calentar.
8. Cuando el agua alcance la temperatura
deseada, coloque los alimentos que desea
cocinar en el agua.
Nota: antes de cocinar con
el Sous Vide, los alimentos
deberán estar envasados al
vacío.
9. Cuando haya transcurrido el tiempo
establecido, el circulador emitirá un pitido.
Pulse para que la máquina deje de
calentar.
Nota: la máquina continuará
pitando durante 20 segundos. Si
no hay acción alguna por parte
del operario, la temperatura del
agua se mantendrá en el nivel
establecido.
