7.7.6 Brander monteren en afdichting controleren
z Controleer, vooraleer u de brander inbouwt,
de
dichting (afb. 29) tussen het mengsysteem
en de branderbuis.
z Plaats de dichting (afb. 29, pagina 29) in de
branderbuis.
z Plaats de brander op de beide schroeven in de
branderflens (
afb. 29, pagina 29).
z Schuif het mengsysteem in de branderbuis.
z
Draai naar links tot aan de aanslag en draai de
bevestigingsschroeven (
afb. 29, pagina 29) weer aan.
Wanneer de brander is bevestigd, moet u controleren
of
het mengsysteem correct geplaatst is.
z Trek de toevoerleiding voor olie (afb. 30, pos. 1)
er ca. 5 mm uit.
z Controleer, als de branderdeur is geopend (afb. 31,
pos. 1) of de dichting (afb. 31, pos. 2) correct
gepositioneerd is.
7.8 Bevestigingsschroeven van
de
branderdeur vastdraaien
z Sluit de branderdeur (afb. 31, pos. 1) en draai
de bevestigingsschroeven van de branderdeur
vast
(ca. 10 Nm).

Vervang de beschadigde afdichtingen,
om
een correcte werking te garanderen
en
om de rookgaswaarden te respecteren.

AANWIJZING VOOR DE GEBRUIKER
Het mengsysteem moet vanzelf in zijn
uitgangspositie terugveren. Indien dat niet
het geval is, kan het mengsysteem valse
lucht krijgen, wat een nadelige invloed
heeft op de verbranding.

Als de brander weer in werking is, moet
u
de bevestigingschroeven in warme
toestand nog eens vaster aandraaien.
